The Mind Twins

A 2 page spread illustration from my dark fantasy narrative Knight of Paradise. Here, the Mind Twins separate the protagonist's consciousness into its two realms, the Conscious and the Unconscious, in order to remove a parasite of the enemy. The structure of this creature is based on depictions of neurons and clusters of nerves, with the blue side representing the Conscious and the orange side representing the Unconscious.
